# Customer broadcast report

You can see the metrics for all broadcasts sent from all customer accounts in one unified view.

**Go to reports -> customer broadcasts in the backend navigation**
**Click the 'by broadcast' tab:**

**Bounce breakout**
Drill down into bounce categories with the exact bounce messages and number of times seen by clicking on the bounce rate.
