You can see the metrics for all broadcasts sent from all customer accounts in one unified view.
Go to reports -> customer broadcasts in the backend navigation
Click the 'by broadcast' tab:
Bounce breakout
Drill down into bounce categories with the exact bounce messages and number of times seen by clicking on the bounce rate.
